- «Подняться на борт» — board the plane; «посадочный талон» — boarding card (pass): You won't be able to board the plane without a boarding card. Won't be able to — будущее от can.
- «С трудом» — with difficulty: We found our luggage on the conveyor belt with difficulty (или: We had difficulty finding our luggage on the conveyor belt). Have difficulty + ing.
- «Давай встретимся» — Let's meet; «напротив» — opposite; «табло вылета» — departures board: Let's meet at the airport opposite the departures board.
- «Переполнен» — overcrowded; «протискиваться» — push one's way through; «мне пришлось» — I had to (прошедшее от must/have to): The bus was overcrowded and I had to push my way through the passengers to the exit.
- «Не совсем удовлетворены» — weren't quite satisfied with: We weren't quite satisfied with the food we were served on the flight. «Которую нам подали» — we were served (страдательный залог).
- «Мечтать» — dream of + ing: I have always dreamt of making a round-the-world trip. Present Perfect — always.
- «Находиться у моря» — be by the sea; «захватывающий дух вид» — a breathtaking view: Our hotel was by the sea and from our window we had a breathtaking view.
- «Типично для» — It's typical for …; «предлагать» — to offer: It's typical for Mediterranean hotels to offer seafood to their guests.
- «Прохождение контроля не заняло много времени» — Going through passport control didn't take us long: take long — «занимать много времени»; подлежащее — герундий.
- «К сожалению» — unfortunately; «отменили» — was cancelled (страдательный залог Past Simple); «из-за погоды» — because of the weather: Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled because of the weather.
- You won't be able to board the plane without a boarding card.
- We found our luggage on the conveyor belt with difficulty.
- Let's meet at the airport opposite the departures board.
- The bus was overcrowded and I had to push my way through the passengers to the exit.
- We weren't quite satisfied with the food we were served on the flight.
