Все предложения в Past Simple. В отрицании и в вопросе нужен вспомогательный глагол did, а смысловой глагол возвращается в начальную форму: went → go, saw → see, said → say, came → come.

Отрицание (не согласиться с Лиз): подлежащее + did not (didn't) + глагол в начальной форме.

Вопросы:

общий: Did + подлежащее + глагол…?
специальный: вопросительное слово + did + подлежащее + глагол…?
вопрос к подлежащему: Who + глагол в прошедшей форме…? Here did не нужен.

Отрицание: No, she didn’t go to school at nine o’clock in the evening.
Общий вопрос: Did she go to school at nine o’clock in the evening?

Отрицание: No, she didn’t see a crocodile there.

Отрицание: No, she didn’t say “Hi” to the crocodile.

💡 Почему так

В Past Simple после did глагол стоит в начальной форме (went → go). В вопросе к подлежащему (Who…?) did не нужен, а глагол остаётся в форме прошедшего времени.
