Asking for directions: I need to buy some ... / Is there a ... near here? / We've run out of ... / Where's the nearest ...?
A: I need to buy some bread. Is there a bakery near here?
B: Yes, there's one just down the road.
- Составляем список: bread — bakery, milk — supermarket, medicine — chemist's, stamps — post office, books — bookshop.
- Для каждого пункта строим диалог: A спрашивает фразой из правой колонки таблицы, B отвечает фразой из левой колонки.
- Меняем фразы, чтобы диалоги не повторялись.
Просьбу о помощи начинаем с I need to buy some... / We've run out of... / Where's the nearest...? Для ответа используем предлоги места: opposite, between ... and, just round the corner, a five minute walk from here.
