Для рассказа о повседневных действиях используется Present Simple: I get up, I have breakfast, I go to school. Время суток вначале предложения отделяется запятой: In the morning, I get up at seven o'clock.
In the morning, I get up at seven o'clock. I wash my face and have breakfast. Then I go to school by bus.
After school, I go home and have lunch. I do my homework and play basketball with my friends.
Before bedtime, I have a shower and brush my teeth. I read a book and go to bed at nine o'clock.
