Police Action

- Прямая речь, настоящее: don't have to.
- Только что выполненное действие, связь с настоящим: have just shot.

Рассказ идёт в Past Simple: последовательные действия в прошлом. Past Continuous — действие в процессе, когда произошло другое. В прямой речи времена выбираем по смыслу: Present Continuous — действие сейчас, Present Perfect (have just shot) — результат только что.
