Describe your bed room (5–6 sentences) using prepositions of place and a/an/some/any.
План:
- Сказать, что есть в комнате (There is a ... / There are some ...).
- Описать, где стоит кровать (in the corner, next to the window).
- Описать стол и стул (near, in front of).
- Описать шкаф и полки (between, on, under).
- Сказать, чего в комнате нет (There aren't any ...).
- Закончить впечатлением о комнате.
Употребление: a перед согласным звуком (a bed), an перед гласным (an armchair), some в утверждениях с множественным числом (some books), any в отрицаниях и вопросах (there aren't any posters).
Предлоги места показывают, где находится предмет: in (в), on (на), under (под), next to (рядом с), between (между), in front of (перед), behind (за), near (около). Some употребляется в утвердительных предложениях, any — в отрицательных и вопросительных.
My bedroom is small but cosy. There is a bed in the corner, next to the window. There is a desk near the bed, and there is an armchair in front of the desk. On the desk there are some books and a lamp. There is a wardrobe between the door and the desk, and there are some shelves above the bed. There aren't any posters on the walls, but I like my room very much.
