Complete the sentences as in the example.

Решение
Пример (
Если в предложении есть than (сравниваем двух), ставим сравнительную степень. Если есть in the class или of all (выделяем среди многих), ставим превосходную степень с the.
- Прилагательное short односложное, добавляем -er, сравнение с than: short — shorter.
- Beautiful многосложное, а выбираем среди всех девочек в классе (in the class): the most beautiful.
- Tall односложное, есть of all: the tallest.
- Clever сравниваем с cat (than): cleverer (или more clever).
- Good — исключение, in the class даёт превосходную степень: the best.
- Little — исключение, с than: less.
- Heavy оканчивается на -y, меняем y на i: heavier.

Односложные прилагательные: -er / the -est (tall — taller — the tallest). Многосложные: more / the most (beautiful — more beautiful — the most beautiful). Исключения: good — better — the best; little — less — the least. У прилагательных на -y буква y меняется на i: heavy — heavier.
