Решение

В эссе каждая мысль (viewpoint) сопровождается примером. Ищем их по абзацам.

Абзац (First of all) уже разобран в образце. Абзац (Furthermore): «The Net gives us instant access to information and knowledge» — «Сеть даёт мгновенный доступ к информации и знаниям». Пример — следующее предложение с «For example»: можно набрать вопрос в поисковике, и он найдёт сайт, который поможет ответить.
Абзац (On the other hand): другая точка зрения — «some people believe that the Internet is anti-social and has worsened our lives» («некоторые считают, что Интернет антисоциален и ухудшил нашу жизнь»). Пример (For example): они говорят, что некоторые сайты поощряют насилие.
Последний абзац — вывод автора, поэтому в таблицу его не вносим.
