-й формой. - haven't started — yet в отрицании → Present Perfect.
- has been taking — for two weeks now: длится
недели → Continuous (Billy → has). - have met — «я думаю, ты уже встречал его раньше» — опыт, Present Perfect.
- hasn't had — yet → Present Perfect (he → hasn't).
- has already learnt — already, результат → Present Perfect.
- have you been doing — вопрос о том, чем занимался в последнее время (lately) → Continuous.
