Решение

Past Simple используем для действий, которые закончились в прошлом (last week, yesterday, last year). В утвердительном предложении ставим глагол+ed; в вопросе и отрицании — вспомогательный did (did not = didn't), а основной глагол остаётся в начальной форме.

Утверждение: Linda and Paul watched a play.
Вопрос с вопросительным словом: What did Kate study yesterday afternoon?
Общий вопрос: Did you tidy your room yesterday?
Отрицание: I didn't enjoy the film.
Sue cooked spaghetti.
We played football.
When did they reach Spain?
The Browns travelled to Rome — в британском написании l удваивается.
Глагол be в прошедшем времени, there + snow (неисчисляемое) — was.
