Решение

a) К каждому тезису добавляем – довода, развивающих мысль, и связки (Moreover, In addition).
b) Цитата подбирается по теме: A (технологии — лишь инструмент, главный — учитель) → тема , компьютеры в классе; B (Земля — колыбель человечества) → тема , освоение космоса; C (автомобиль — предмет одежды, без которого мы чувствуем себя неуверенно) → тема , владение машиной. Концовку начинаем словами To conclude / To sum up и завершаем цитатой.

There are also drawbacks to having computers in the classroom. Computers do not promote group learning and the exchange of ideas between teachers and students. Besides, students can easily get distracted by games or social networks. Also, too much screen time is bad for their eyesight.
Space exploration has its advantages for humanity. Many useful inventions, such as cancer detection equipment in hospitals, were originally developed by NASA. What is more, satellites give us weather forecasts, GPS and television. Finally, studying other planets helps us understand the Earth better.
