Нужна отрицательная приставка; выбираем её по слову:
responsible → irresponsible «безответственный» (перед r используется ir-).
informed → uninformed «неосведомлённые» (people … are uninformed — не знают фактов).
usual → unusual «необычно» (приставка un-): «она думала, что необычно, что зима такая тёплая».
advise → advisable → inadvisable «нежелательно, неразумно»: «неразумно тратить бумагу зря» (приставка in-).
