apply for a job — подавать заявку на работу.
resign from a job — уйти с работы (подать в отставку).
deal with — заниматься чем-то, справляться.
be responsible for — отвечать за.
be in charge of — руководить, отвечать за; нужный предлог of (устойчивое сочетание in charge of) в рамке for/with/in/from не значится, поэтому в пропуск пишем of.
work in a firm — работать в фирме.
work with — работать вместе с кем-то.
