Решение

Берём глагол to be в нужной форме: I — am, he/she/it/this/имя в единственном числе — is, they/my friends — are.
Утверждение: подлежащее + be + остальное.
Отрицание: be + not.
Вопрос: be ставим перед подлежащим.
В заданиях и знака нет, поэтому пишем утверждения. В и по смыслу ученик пишет о себе: девочка или мальчик — выбирай своё предложение.

💡 Почему так

Глагол to be: I am, he/she/it is, we/you/they are. В отрицании добавляем not после be, в вопросе be выходит на первое место.
