Решение
Чтобы сделать предложение отрицательным в Present Perfect, нужно поставить частицу not после have или has. Основной глагол (третья форма) не меняется.
- Peggy has made a tasty cake. → has + not = hasn't → Peggy hasn't made a tasty cake.
- Mother has bought a lot of sweets. → Mother hasn't bought a lot of sweets.
- I have found an interesting book. → have + not = haven't → I haven't found an interesting book.
- Kate has heard the news. → Kate hasn't heard the news.
- They have come to the park. → They haven't come to the park.
- She has finished the exercise. → She hasn't finished the exercise.

Отрицание в Present Perfect образуется так: have/has + not + третья форма глагола. Краткие формы: have not = haven't, has not = hasn't. С he, she, it и именами в единственном числе используется has, с I, you, we, they — have.
