Для сравнения двух людей используем -er than: taller than, shorter than, older than. Для выбора одного из трёх — the + -est: the tallest, the shortest. «Friendly» меняет y на i: friendliest. Впечатление о дружелюбии по картинке субъективно, поэтому говорим «I think ... looks ...».
