My favourite activity is cycling. I usually go cycling in the park with my friends at weekends. You need a bike, a helmet, comfortable shoes and a bottle of water. Before we set off, we check the brakes and tyres. We stay on cycle paths, follow road signs and slow down when other people are nearby. I have been cycling for three years, and I enjoy it more every summer. I like the feeling of moving fast in the fresh air. Cycling also helps me stay fit and discover new places. After a ride, I feel tired but happy, and I always want to go again.
