Решение

Конверсия — переход слова в другую часть речи без словообразовательного суффикса, например text «сообщение» → to text «писать сообщение». В тексте на с. – видим texting (от существительного text «сообщение»), chatting (от chat «беседа») и impact «влияние» (от глагола impact «влиять»). В пункте b часть речи определяем по месту в предложении: some downloads стоит после определителя и является существительным; can text и can google стоят после модального глагола и являются глаголами; enough sleep — существительное, а to pilot после to — глагол. В форма downloads образована от download «загружать», в и действия названы по предмету/названию сервиса, в название состояния образовано от sleep «спать», в действие to pilot — от pilot «пилот».

Ответ

a) Converted words in the text include texting, chatting and impact.
b) downloads — noun from the verb download; text — verb from the noun text; google — verb from the noun Google; sleep — noun from the verb sleep; cook — noun from the verb cook, pilot — verb from the noun pilot.
