Решение

В вопросах Whose ... is this? спрашиваем, кому принадлежит предмет. В ответе имя владельца получает 's: Tina's, Bob's, Tony's, Bill's, Pat's; два владельца одного мяча — Paul and Ann's. Перед названием вещи ставим her/his/their, а без названия — hers/his/theirs. Поэтому Tina's computer → her computer → hers.

В пункте b смотрим, есть ли после пропуска существительное. В после выбора предложения больше нет слова car, поэтому mine; в есть card, поэтому her. В после выбора существительного нет — theirs; в есть sister — your; в после выбора ничего нет — hers; в есть car — our. Каждая форма согласуется с владельцем, а не с самой вещью.
